She always care about her patients

I'm confused by the negative reviews I've read here. I've been Dr. Ma's patient for 6 years now and she's been the most caring Dr. I've ever had. She listens to every little complaint I have no matter how small. First and foremost, she listened to my complaint about having a sore breast, which I thought it was from working out. She told me that there was 1% chance for me to have inflammatory breast cancer based on the symptoms I was having. No matter how small the chance of cancer, she wanted to rule it out and she ordered an ultrasound. Unfortunately, it was cancer. But had it been another doctor, I doubt they would've taken my soreness seriously. The very first time I saw her, we spent about 1 hour going through my health history. She ordered blood work for almost everything to see how I was doing with every level of vitamins, minerals and to check for any immune deficiency disease. Every year, she continues to order a complete blood panel to check on my physical being. I don't… call her. But I do e-mail her and she returns my e-mails.

She's friendly if she wants to treat you and rude if she wants to get you off her panel. She doesn't return phone calls so that when you continue to try and reach her by phone, she falsely accuses you of overcalling. She also accuses you of taking up too much of her time.

She is a terrible doctor. She doesn't listen to anything you say. She also does not provide accurate diagnosis.

I am very disappointed with dr.ma she does not handle her self professionally nor does she help patients that are in pain or seek medical help I would definitely not recommend her to anyone
