Dr Mihora is an excellent surgeon and caring doctor. I have upmost confidence in her.

Dr Lisa as I call her is a very knowledgeable lady. She explains what she is doing and answers anything she is doing while under the scope. I highly recommend her.

Dr Mihora is wonderful. She listens, takes her time and gives options and solutions. You have a voice as a patient in her care. Dr Mihora immediately addressed and corrected the problem with my eye after years of trying to get an another doctor to acknowledge and hear me. He chose to wear blinders ignore my words along with obvious visible problems with my eye until the problem became so bad he could no longer ignore me! Dr Mihora is thorough as a physician and meticulous as a surgeon. I would recommend her highly skilled hands to anyone - both female and male.

Dr. Mihora performed upper eyelid and lower eyebag Blepharoplasty surgery on both my eyes. Her work was amazing and her after surgery care was outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone desiring to have any Blepharoplasty surgery.

Dr. Mihora advised me that I needed eyelid blepharoplasty/Ptosis on both upper eylids. Dr. Mihora is a Blue Cross/Blue Shield preferred provider and I assumed she understood the rules of engagement with the insurance company. Two days prior to my pre-op appointment, her staff sent me an email with a request to pay her nearly $7,000 dollars at the pre-op appointment, and also stated that if Blue Cross reimbursed her for the surgery, she would be happy to reimburse me. Blue Cross' rules of engagement forbid preferred providers from collecting payment (other than co-pays) up front. I can only assume that Dr. Mihora was concerned that Blue Cross might question her determination that the surgery was medically necessary and refuse to pay, so she was hedging her bets to make sure she was paid either way at the expense of the patient. To me, this behavior is very unethical and goes to show Dr. Mihora is more concerned with her bottom line rather than her patients.

Tried setting up an appointment. Called around 10:30am on a workday. Got a "your call is very important, please hold" message, but no answer for over 6 minutes! Not very good Customer service. Hung up in frustration & will try someone else.
