The Eye Institute At Boswell

My mom needed cataract surgery and my optometrist suggested Summit Eye Surgeons who also use the Eye Institute at Boswell for their surgeries. Both facilities are great. From the first phone call we made to the completion of both eyes their entire staff is the best. If you need help jumping through the insurance hoops, they are there providing their expertise to get you through that process also. The doctors and their support staff are the best. My mom has worn glasses since being in the first grade, she is now a young 84. We were expecting her to have improved vision after this process, but not to the point of not needing her glasses anymore. If you are looking for eye surgeons, this will be your last phone call.

Efficiency, yes but it was very unfriendly and very cold. I was treated as an object and not as a person. There were a couple of Aids who were very wonderful but most of the nurses there were like robots to me.

Very professional and efficient staff. I would highly recommend this institute.

The staff from checking in to pre op and post op were all wonderful and caring. Dr Koczman did a great job and I am seeing without glasses for the first time in over 55 years! Amazing! I would highly recommend the Eye Institute at Boswell!

I had cataracts done and laser treatments at the center. Everyone was very nice and the process moved efficiently.

I had a nodule and scar tissue removed from my Left Cornea right in the middle of my pupil that was seriously impeding my vision. The Doctor and the staff were fantastic and I am seeing better today that I have for years.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes done a week apart. The staff at the Institute was amazing. From the front desk to all the caring nurses. They put me at ease and took such good care of me. Thank you!

It was great!! The staff and doctors were amazing. Having worked for a wonderful ophthalmologist as a much younger person, I wasn’t nervous about the procedures at all. I had no pain or discomfort. The worst part was not being able to get my eyes wet for days afterwards. Press and Seal food wrap took care of that for me.
