Dr. Gilkes' bedside manner is excellent. I have seen another ENT doctor before coming to Polaris, and I never understood my diagnosis and otherwise, but Dr. Gilkes spent time explaining every detail of my diagnosis and prognosis in simple English.

I was charged for services that was never rerendered. There was no follow up . A month later when I decided to ask why, I was greeted with a very hostile attitude. I spoke with Dr. Gilkes and her Office Manager Pat. I was then given the choice to continue the treatments to be performed by the the Doctor or not. I later decided to get a refund. I went to the office to do so and got an apology, also I was assured that the refund would be credited back to me. Two months later I had to go back the office to ask why and was then tolded that it would take a couple of days and when I got the call back, I tolded that I was being charged a service charge for using my Care Credit Card, for a treatment that I had to finsh myself, because I was abandoned on the table to clean myself up and put away the equipment, for a treatment cost more than what was agreed on, also a for a prescription wrote that was never received. I disagreeded and again was told that I would get return call in a… couple of days. Note that it didn't happen, so I went back to the office and wait to speak to the Doctor and was tolded to wait, in the meantime Barrington (office employee) whom I had been speaking too came back with what he said the doctor will settled for and that she would not see (talk) me. I could take the check or get the credit. I opted for the credit and this time waited for them to process it. While I was sitting there waiting I was called out of my name. This last process took three hours. For me this dispute is not over. I'm being forced to take it to the next level.

Dr. Perry-Gilkes and her staff have been very helpful and kind. I have s disability and the office staff always makes my visit comfortable and easy to get around. The doctor took time to listen to my problem and make me comfortable. My ear problem is cured. Even being disabled I couldn't swim because of my ear drum problem. Now it is fixed and I can swim again.

I had a great experience on my first visit & continious visits. From the front desk to back office staff, all is kind and friendly and shows concern about your healthcare and other issue. I were given other resources to assist with non healthcare issues. Dr. Gilkes has great professional manners.I felt as if I were her only patient that day. She spent quality time explaining my health issues and treatment plan.I look for those qualities in a doctor.Dr. Gilkes office has a warm homie feeling, meaning you dont have to be nervous nor anxious. This is a great practice and I would send my friends & family to be evauluated by Dr. Gilkes

Dr. Perry and her staff, Sonya and Robin go out of the way to make you fell comfortable and well taken care off from the monent you sign in to the time you leave. Dr. Perry was kind and gentle with my child Jason and always remembers something special about him. In the waiting room we saw other patients of all ages senior citizens and business men and women. She even sees babys for newborn hearing screening. When my son had surgery everything also went very well. Thanks Dr. Perry for taking care of my child.
