Dr. Lisa Jo Pierce, MD

My husband and I have had Dr. Lisa as our doctor for years. She has helped us thru many surgeries and continues to be a very good doctor!

I would tell a friend to go some where else. Was a patient for 12 years and suddenly she is a probation officer and wants to pick and choose what she wants to treat when she was the one who suggested the treatment. Couple of years ago had knee problem and while I was in pain and couldn't even walk, was waiting for MRI results and she was in Europe and I had to set up my own surgery. High flutin school board member ya know. Doctors code of ethics says she cant stop my treatment unless its curable. Well the State Board of Registration for Healing Arts says she cant do that. I guess we will see. Dont waste your time

They suck waste of time never been to a doctor office this horrible

I will try to make this brief but there are so many good things to say about Dr. Lisa Pierce and FFH. I started as her patient in 1998, I have had several serious health issues, and I have never once thought about switching doctors! 1. Besides all the obvious professional attributes I would want in my GP such as great contacts with specialists, hospitals, pharmacy, etc., broad medical knowledge, respect from the community, etc., she amazes me that she always takes time when it is especially necessary to assess my emotional as well as physical health. 2. She is well spoken with a great sense of humor and stays in touch by email through FFH's secure web site which is... 3. a very big thing to me. Not only can I send her a question or comment and get a quick response...4. I can access all of my medical information, labs, appointments, etc. from an internet connection 24/7. 5. Did I say she and the other Dr. Pierce (her husband and partner)are very progressive in their practice? 6. If… you're lucky, she'll be taking new patients when you need a great doctor in the Fulton MO area.

Went in with a pain in my left side. Dr. Pierce told me what she thought, sent me for more tests and a month later a foot of my colon was removed. Not bad for a small town doc. huh?
