Find someone who is empathetic and compassionate for the pain your elderly parents are in. Dr Pitino won't be that doctor.

i never got a visit or call back . there ofc lines got to an answering service. i was sent to her 2 yrs ago and after weeks of trying reach ofc i gave up. now im referred here again . this delays pt care. pts suffer . i dont expect things to go well this time either. im calling my insurance co to complain.

Will overmedicate you and check the boxes to make sure she doesn’t get fired because of it. Doesn’t explain the conditions of the pain meds how they can become addictive or anything else. Rude, you can tell has no passion or cares about her patients. Run from this doctor,.

I lost my left arm in a terrible work accident in 2012.  In which my arm was chewed up and torn off by wood grinder machinery.  I also took a very bad fall and hurt my back and neck at the time.  Now I live in extreme amounts of pain and have to wear a heavy prosthetic arm for my daily living activites. The arm causes pain in my neck, back and shoulders to support it.  Dr. Pitino denied me any further chiropractic care to help me get through my days without being in massive pain and being able to wear my prosthetic arm.  She has never meet me or examined me to make an informed decision.  Instead she worked with the insurance company as a pawn to deny me any further treatment.   This immoral and unethical decision was made to make a quick buck from the insurance company and ensures her repeat business with them as long as she keeps writing denial letters.  Dr. Pitino doesn't really consider the patients health and well-being compared to making quick profits from insurance companies.  I… find it hard to believe that any doctor that really read all of my medical records would deny me such essential care.

Dr Lisa Pitino is awesome. She offers other options not just medication. She has never made me feel less than Her staff are efficient and do what they say She is very very good

Dr. Pitino has been my pain management physician for almost a year and a half now. I do find her to be arrogant and dismissive of my chronic back pain. I started to have migraines and she never helped me with this problem which I thought could be related to rebounding from too much pain killers. She then wanted to increase my Percocet dosage. When I didn't take more she thought that I should have thus suspected me of being non compliant. Makes me afraid of this physician after she orders repetitive urine drug tests which were negative for illegal substances. During one office visit, she even got angry and scolded me when I asked Dr. Pitino for a disability letter. I no longer wish to continue treatment at this SJO medical office due to her abusive as well as punitive medial treatment.

I saw Dr Patino just one time so far where she asked me all about my condition/s and the about my pain level. She asked what I had been taking which was not much because I really cannot stand pain pills as a make me groggy and very very sleepy. I told her I had received injections before I went on Medicare that were extremely helpful. since on Medicare I had three epidural one shot each that did nothing for me. She promised me she would look into the other of epidurals I had before Medicare and get me an appointment for that to be done. That was 3 weeks ago. I called for office about a week ago and left a message and did not get any answer. When I was there at my appointment she did give me a cortisone injection in my knee that was really helpful for about a day and a half then I went back to the horrible pain I've been experiencing in my right leg and knee. I liked her a lot and felt she was thorough and listened. I'm not very impressed with her follow up. I plan on calling her… daily till I get an answer regarding the epidurals she promised to took into.

I saw this doctor while I was experiencing a great deal of pain. She never bothered to find out what was causing it, just put me on horrible medication that made me feel emotionally out of control and had horrible other side effects. I was a mild pain reliever that is legal in Canada. I was told by her to call her if my pain was high and she would prescribe something stronger. This happened. I was suffering from a abdominal migraine, barfing non stop, and in a great deal of pain. I called her office and requested a stronger pain medicine, migraine meds, and something for the uncontrolled throwing up. I spoke to a operator that takes the calls for all the offices. I was on hold for a while while he spoke to the office about my health issues. When he came back on the line he seemed embarrassed and uncomfortable. He had heard me getting sick, so he knew I was in bad condition. I was told that she would not prescribe any medication. If I needed the other medications I needed to make… an appointment with my primary doctor. Excuse me?! I cannot get pain medicine from anyone bit her! For her or her staff not to contact me is wrong and unethical. I ended up in the ER and had pancreatitis! I refused to remain her patient after that! She is a rude dismissive horrible doctor! She also treats all patients like they are drug addicts! Do not bother with this evil doctor.
