Dr. Ross has been so amazing, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout my entire pregnancy. She really lets her personality shine through during each appointment and make sure I have all the information and time I need to feel cared for and seen. I don’t feel like “just another patient”, it’s not “just another baby”. I’m thankful to have her as my OB and look forward to having a safe, healthy delivery in just about 4 weeks!

Dr. Ross was truly compassionate, careful, and so helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. In the past I’d been dismissed by other physicians about my symptoms, now I don’t have any! I only wish I had seen her sooner.

Great follow up with Dr Ross. Attentive and was writing notes from our conversation. She thanked me for talking to her and figuring out the best plan if husband and I try to conceive for I am a high risk pregnancy type 2 diabetic. I do feel that she does listen to my concerns and is able to answer my questions in a caring way.

Dr Ross put me at ease immediately. She was extremely thorough and spent much time examining me, asking questions to gather all pertinent information. I ultimately ended up with surgery and feel that I could not have made a better choice in selecting Dr Ross and St Vincent Hospital to care for me as a patient. My complete hysterectomy was performed via da Vinci robot and I also highly recommend the robot if you can. I was sleeping on my stomach in just a day or two after surgery in within 2 weeks felt like I was almost back to normal! Follow up appointments were smooth and easy. I would select this provider again and if I lived in Billings, she would be my go to provider.
