Dr. Lisa Hermanstorfer Talamantes, MD

I started seeing Dr Talamantes over 30 years ago, and even though I’ve moved 45-min away, I continue seeing her because I know I’m getting the best care from her and the entire CCFM team.

Dr. Talamantes has always been extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I know I can rely on her for good advice and follow through.

Had an appointment to go over my dexa scan results. Dr. Talamantas spent an hour with me showing me my results and the different options I had available for my next steps. I appreciated the time she spent and all the various information she presented.

Dr. Talamanties, spent time with me to find out how I was feeling and what she could do for me. I appreciate the time and the care she gave me. She explained to me about type two diabetes and has plans on working with me. I can say all of the people that work at Coal Creek are very supportive and caring. I would tell my family and friends it is a great place.

Coal Creek Family Medicine has been my family’s primary medical care practice since 1990. After my children became adults, I have continued to go to CCFM doctors and other caregivers and have always received excellent care. Dr. Talamantes takes the time to get to know her patients and their health care concerns and issues.

Dr. Talamantes was very thorough during my physical exam. She is an "attention to detail" physician and saved my life after reading an ER report that stated I had a tumor in my bladder. The physician on call in the ER failed to tell me. I highly recommend her!
