Lisa Weldon is a terrible communicator. When I first contacted her, I left 5 messages over 2 weeks before I heard back, and when we met, I was very disappointed at her lack of professionalism and whining (sorry, this is the only word that describes her behavior). Needless to say, I found someone else to help me, and I never looked back. I hope she reads these reviews and develops some much needed insight.

I was referred to her through Manchester Mental Health as she took my insurance. I had to call 3 times before she called me back over a week later. Covid made everything a mess. I get it. I have been on my meds for over 10yrs. It's an anti-depressant. At first she wanted to see me monthly to get refills. That's excessive given my long history on them. Before the next appt i had my car totaled overnight. I couldn't get to her. So i called.. And called.. And called. I got no response. I was at the point of running out of my meds and with no refills (most she'd give at this point is 2 months) and left a message like 'dr I've called many times and I'm not getting a response but i can't play around with bottoming out (what i call crashing from psych meds when you stop taking them). I seriously need a refill.' Without my knowledge she adds refills through the computer does not call to tell me so i had no idea and now I'm a week or so without meds calling again. What do you know Dr. Weldon… answers! She scolds me about my missed appointment over 2 months prior (i left many voicemails trying to update her and trying to reschedule) then let's me know she refilled my script a week or so before. Now we move on to scheduling an over the phone appt but i have never had one ever. I figured she'd call me whenever she was done doing whatever task or appt before mine. She never clarifies. I didn't think anything of it. Figured if she didn't instruct me there were none. So i waited.. And waited.. And waited. Mind you she has my phone number and this is a phone appt. Doesn't call. Ok must be some kind of emergency i understand. Small practice she must be busy. My mom's a nurse.. Sometimes it happens. Once again i call and call and call. Leaving voicemails again for about 2 weeks. No call back. No email. Nothing. Month goes by now I'm out of refills again. Start calling again. On one of the calls she finally answers!! I get scolded again for missing the appt as a 'no call no show' (for a phone appt?) And since 'i missed twice' and she couldn't bill my insurance it 'wasn't working out for her.' .... Are you kidding? I tried explaining i have no idea how to do a phone appt i just thought she'd call me.. Especially since i can't ever each her by phone anyway. She had no interest in hearing anything i had to say including that i had since replaced my car and am able to come in again was told no. I made a point to explain im on serious anti-depressants that when they start to fade out of my system i want to take my own life and how many months it's going to take me to find someone and meet the requirements for meds which is usually multiple visits before you can see a prescriber. She states 'yeah.. I know.. That's why i refilled you for 2 months'. Drs are booking new patients 4-6 MONTHS out. So because this individual lost 2(two) 15m appointments (she insisted on having that weren't needed so she could get paid which she made clear in the phone call today) due to things out of my control and her lack of giving a cr*p i am now panic looking for a dr with just about 2 months of mentally stabilizing meds before my mind tanks. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT OF DR. LISA WELDON WHO RUNS THIS SMALL PRACTICE! You don't take jobs in mental health to get paid you do it to provide a better quality of living to those who struggle mentally. She could have given me anywhere upto a yr in refills to make sure i don't get to the point of wanting to take my own life but instead after zero communication on her part.. blaming me for it.. and talking down to me like a misbehaved child today; acknowledged how hard it'll be for me to find help and gave the bare minimum which.. by the way.. she did without saying a word to me.. again. I let her know she's a terrible dr and i would be leaving a review online for her and i got 'samantha that's really not fair.' Really? If you see this dr i can remove our experience together offline if you'd consider upping my refills on my life saving psych meds. You have my number. I left it well over 30 times for you.
