Dr. Liza Marie Colimon, MD

Dr Colimon became my doctor this past summer. My only regret is I keep asking myself why I did not find her sooner. She perforned a complete hysterectomy for me and after a couple of weeks it was like I did not have any procedure done. She is a people person, you really feel at ease with her. Since my procedure I have been recommending my friends to her. She is the BEST.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. I had seen over 5 other physicians who could not give me a diagnosis or effective treatment. She knew what it was and the right medicine to keep the skin healthy. She also did reconstruction surgery. She is the sweetest person,very gental and tells you about your condition and steps to improve your life. I can not say enough about how she changed our lives. I would urge any women who has a GYN problem to seek her out. You will be in the hands of a truly gifted physician.

Simply put, Dr Colimon is amazing! I had seen at least three doctors before her who had given me the runaround on my diagnosis, weren't attentive to my concerns, and really put forth no effort in explaining things to me. Dr Colimon was the exact opposite! She was warm and engaging, she was interested in what i had to say and very thorough in figuring out a correct diagnosis. But more importantly she showed compassion, towards me, my health AND my family! She gave me options instead of instructions and she took the time to explain things on a level that I could understand which made me feel like I was a part of the team and not just a spectator of my own health. One thing I most appreciated about Dr Colimon was that she was incredibly relatable! She was so down-to-earth and honest that I felt as though I was meeting with an old friend who always knows best. Words can't express how much she's helped me along my journey and I'm grateful to have such a caring and knowledgeable… Dr.

I went to Dr. Colimon for my endometriosis. She was very kind, respectful, and professional. She also seems to share my philosophy in treatment of endometriosis... she is not as extreme as some endo docs but is much more agressive in management than a general ob/gyn. She put me back on my old med and am doing better. I am not perfect and can't do everything that I want but at least I'm not bedridden anymore and know that she is trying to preserve my fertility. I hope that she never changes. I hope that she always listens to patients concerns and takes them seriously.
