she took care of me with kindness, compassion and took the time to really listen. She has that level of experience to see through you and asked questions to surface your problems. I wish we have more doctors like her, thank you Kaiser for having her. The reason why I stay in the insurance.

A great Doctor, compassionate, knowlegable, makes you feel comfortable and not afraid to talk to her. Very humble, willing to help you, work with you as a team and not judge you. Best Doctor!

Does not give patient a chance to even explain symptoms without already deciding what she believes is wrong. Very rude and self absorbed.

Dr. Diaz has been by far the best doctor I've had. She went over and beyond to help me with my sickness. She has one of the best bedside manner I have ever seen in a Doctor. She is very patient and you don't feel like you are being rushed at all. I love being her patient.

Dr. Liz Diaz takes the time to really listen to what your medical issues are. Then she addresses each one. If she determines that you need specialized care she will make sure you get it. I'm a new patient of hers. She is friendly and kind. She provided such loving care. I am so grateful to have found her. She is one of the best Doctors Kaiser Permanente has!

Doesn't listen to the patient. Speaks over people and assumes she knows everything within the first 5 minutes of speaking to you. Although, I've have been reading horrible reviews for Kaiser patients in general, so might just be how all Kaiser doctors are. Get the patients in, take their co-pay, charge their insurance and spend less than 10 minutes with each one. Ridiculous method for patient "care".
