Save yourself time, energy, and frustration and find a different practice immediately. If it were possible to leave zero star's, I certainly would. I was 2 minutes late for an appointment because I drove from Louisville, in rush hour and the doctor refused to see me even though I had been called in/scheduled by the staff. I had to call three times and leave three messages the week prior even get a call back to begin with. The staff at the front desk were rude and could not have cared less even when I openly addressed the reason why I was there and was needing help. I have spent my entire working career in healthcare and I have never been so disgusted at the treatment that I received. Clearly this office has lost sight of healthcare being about taking care of patients that need help. Will not go back for any reason and I encourage anyone reading this review look for another physician's office.

Front desk nurse was very rude. Would not listen to what we had to say. I only wanted a blood test taken today at10:15which was comfirm on Monday.

I had been a patient of Dr. Trommler for approximately 7-8 years. It was 2005, I believe when I went in for my routine annual yearly check. Blood work checked good and it was your typical 5-10 minute Dr. in and out visit. As Trommler was leaving the room I mentioned that I had gone for a jog/run and I had a strange feeling in my throat I had never experienced before. After a quick discussion Trommler stated "I'm baffled!" He stated he did not know what the condition could have been. I asked that maybe he order a heart stress test. He was in agreement and so we did. Final result I had a 100% blocked Artery. I was asked by the Dr. who gave me the stress test not to do anything other then take it real easy till I have have surgery the next week. The symptoms I had described was me suffocating as it was described to me by medical staff. I continued going to Trommler thinking everyone has an off day. Since that time a few years later I went to a another scheduled yearly annual… appointment and once having got there I was asked if I would reschedule and come back because Dr Trommler had to pick up his kid(s) from baseball or soccer or whatever it was. I showed flexibility by rescheduling my appointment even though it was not my first choice. This year I again had a yearly appointment with Dr Trommler. I was running a bit late because of traffic. My appointment was at 3:15p.m. and I signed in at 3:22p.m. The lady behind the window called me up and stated that I was going to have to reschedule. When I asked why she stated because I was late! I asked if being 7 minutes late was a deal breaker? She stated that is what the Dr instructed her to do. I asked her to go back and inform the Dr it was not so long ago when I did show flexibility in rescheduling so he could pick up his kids or whatever. Dr Trommler then came to the window and stated "I have an appointment at 5PM and if I were to let you in it would make the other patients who was in the back waiting to see him mad and upset and they would all yell at me!" I stated nobody was going to yell at him and reminded him that it was not so long ago that you asked me to work with you concerning your schedule and I did. I stated that I am asking you to reconsider and see me today as scheduled. He stated he would see me any other day during the week. It was at that point that he was FIRED from being my Physician. Looking back perhaps he had a 5PM appointment the day I visited with him describing my artery blockage symptoms and perhaps he cared more about his 5pm appointment that day then his patient standing directly in front of him. Choose your Dr carefully!!!
