Stay away from this guy he's a scammer puts charges on you for services not performed he is a rip off

I have been to Dr. Turner a couple times. He was recommended by a family member. I found the office staff friendly & efficient. Everyone in the waiting room today was wearing masks. The Dr. removed a.basal cell from my back previously & froze.a.few.spots on my body. I recommend him highly.

I have been client for years with Dr Turner .. I waited 2 months for appt and upon arrival was turned away cause they dropped my insurance .. I offered to pay for the visit out of pocket but was again turned away and to be honest embarrassed by the staff .. I am a Dr. myself and respect other professionals but I have never heard of a professional not taking full payment upfront and not having to Bill . If my staff talked to me the way they did ... they would be fired immediately . My recommendation would be to find another dermatologist.

Like many others have stated. Extremely Rude nursing staff, dr Logan is in a rush to cut freeze whatever without consulting you. He doesn’t take the necessary time with you. He wanted to freeze something on my face and I pushed back.. after questioning why he thought it was pre cancerous he determined it was dry skin from a pimple. What if I hadnt pushed back? This guy is in it for the $$$$ nothing ends. His practice should be looked at.

I personally like Dr Turner however the office is rediculous, I have had to go twice to have stitches removed a simple procedure and have had to wait over an hour each time. Im not sure his services are worth the waiting. Also the people answering the phones and nurses talk so loudly about other patients privacy is non existent.

FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I've been to Dr. Logan Turner twice, solely for the purpose of a cosmetic prescription refill unrelated to my health. Each time I have gone to this Doctor, he has examined my body and noticed "suspicious moles which requires lab work." A scary thought and despite the fact that skin cancer does not run in my family, I always willingly submitted in order to be safe. The only issue, however, was the lack of responsiveness from the organization. The first time, I never heard back, and the second time seemed so nonchalant that followup did not seem necessary. In all honesty, it seemed like it was his standard statement just to raise the expense of the visit (which, like I previously said, was solely for a cosmetic prescription refill). The tipping point of our professional relationship, however, occurred this morning when I called regarding my prescription (just to reiterate one last time...my SOLE PURPOSE for going to this dermatologist). I still have 2 months left,… however, the prescription itself has expired so the pharmacy cannot refill it. When I called to request the two months previously granted, the nurse not only refused to refill for the two months, but was also extremely rude, and without trying to sound juvenile, downright mean. I could understand the lack of refilling had I gone through the whole 12 months worth, but the fact that they would not issue the two months previously granted to me unless I came into the office for an appointment seemed like very bad customer service. It seemed as though my prescription was being held for ransom. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Find another Doctor.
