Dr. Lolita Tina Ontiveros, MD

Dr. Ontiveros spends time with you and not only listens to you, but hears you. The staff were also very nice and efficient at their jobs and the office was clean. Pleasant experience from start to finish.

Dr. Ontiverous is a good doctor. I wanted a doctor who would also listen to my concerns. She is thorough and does run tests, but she takes the time to explain the results and takes appropriate action. What I really like about her, is that she schedules a follow up visit to see how the action plan works out. I like being treated as a person and not just pacified.

I have been going to this Bardmoor office for 15 years. I have never had a problem. I always had Dr Skinner, I moved out of state for 1 year, when I came back Dr Skinner was full so I went to Dr Ontiveros. She has been absolutely wonderful. The staff have always been anything but helpful and pleasant. I do t know why any one would give office a bad review. It is 5 stars ++++

I've been seeing Dr Ontiveros for a little over a year. I have found her to be attentive and thorough, prescribing tests, meds and referrals when needed. She listens and years me.. I only gave her 4 stars due to the difficulty dealing with the Bay Care office staff. Since Bay Care merged (or was bought out) with other health care providers, it has been a nightmare dealing with them. When preparing for an office visit, they ask you to fill out a form (4 pgs) on line, then when you show up for your appt, they hand you an electronic tablet and ask you to fill out the questions. After answering these questions, they hand you paper forms that must be filled out. All of the questions are the same on all three forms of quesrionaires. It is a total waste of my time and theirs! I was told that Medicare requires it but have not had to do this at any other Dr's office. The front office staff is always very busy and always courteous. There is a manager who sits behind the office staff and… oversees that all of Bay Care rules are followed. So to sum it all up, Dr. Ontiveros is great and both she and the office staff are overbooked and overworked. They don't get to stop for a minute and I appreciate all their efforts. Remember, they are Bay Care employees in Bay Care provided offices and have to abide by Bay Care rules.. Drs. who have and run their own offices are a rarity these days.

I brought by 18 year old daughter to Dr. Ontiveras for her c/o back pain that she was having on and off. Dr. Ontiveras immediately assumed my daughter was a drug seeker and did not do any testing or further investigating of her back pain. I took her to a Dr. who was actually concerned for her having back pain being that young. My daughter is actually now under the care of a Rheumatologist (referred by the concerned Dr. due to the testing that she did) and is undergoing treatment for an auto-immune disorder. I am in the health care field so believe me when I tell you....Dr. Ontiveras is a poor excuse for a Doctor period!

I would not recommend this office due to its staff, the Dr is lovely her staff is polar opposite. They had test information since 10:25 in the morning, yet refused to give results for 48 hours. Not fun when dealing with a broken foot and 3 disabled children in need of total care. They do not deserve a star but negative stars. This is how they treat a Family of 8 with private insurance, nice to know they make so much that they feel entilted to treat the clients in such a manner
