Dr. Lolitta E Aznaurova, MD

Dr. A. is dismissive at best. Never looks you in the eyes; simply types at her computer while she asks basic questions and doesn't want to hear your full responses. Doesn't review her files before your next visit so it's like starting all over again. If you have side effects, she'll prescribe a second drug to treat the side effects. If I didn't know better, I'd say she's profiting from prescribing as many meds as possible. She definitely lacks compassion and empathy. She is almost robotic.

Dr A treated me for 2 years 7 years ago until my insurance switched. Thru ect she completely cured me of my depression which I had for over 40 years going into the hospital every other year. Depression completely gone. Gave the right anti psychotic for my schizophrenia. Have not been hospitalized since. Thank you so much.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. Dr. Aznaurova is a spiteful, incompetent, and irrational doctor. PAKC is doing a disservice to its brand by allowing her to practice there. Even my pharmacist was a patient of hers and highly recommended that I find a new prescribing doctor. I don't think she ever refilled my prescription on time, every time I needed refills she claimed she never received the prescription request from Walgreens (even after this last time I had them send one every day for 2 weeks). She is negligent and when I told her I was not willing to be her patient anymore, she blacklisted me from any organization she is part of. I live in an area where there aren't many choices for doctors that prescribe my medication and I am already experiencing serious side effects of withdrawal.

she is the coldest, rudest woman in the medical field i have seen. she doesn't care what you think is wrong with you, or what your symptoms are.

Unhappy with this Doctor and the office won't let you switch to a new doctor once you're a patient. I'll find somewhere else

I used to see Dr. Aznaurova for the sole purpose of getting my medications. I did not care for her care as she does not listen to patients and does not explain the reasons for medication changes fully. Fast forward 9 months and I have a different Psychiatrist and am needing genetic testing for Psych meds due to trying several and not being able to find a combination that works. The testing lab I was referred to by my psychologist had 3 doctors at PAKC listed as providers. Unfortunately, when I called to make the appointment I was advised that I had to see Aznaurova since it had not been two years since I had last seen her. I made the appointment and got in that day. I explained what test I wanted, why and what testing company I wanted the test from. After answering some questions about my medications that had nothing to do with the testing, Aznaurova handed me a packet with a piece of paper clipped to it and told me to go to the "lab" upstairs to get the test administered. I moved the… piece of paper, looked at the packet and saw that it had a different testing company name on it. I told her I wanted the other test because it has a 36 hour turn-around and she told me that this was a better test and that it would be fine. I went upstairs to the "lab" and it was not a lab but instead was an office owned and operated by the testing company that administered the test. The test was a buccal swab that was administered by the receptionist who then informed me that it would take a week to get the results. I immediately went downstairs and demanded to get the test that I came in for. Aznaurova was visibly upset that I came back and told me that I would be disappointed in the test that I asked for but would not tell me why. She administered the test and told me that it would be mailed overnight. That was Monday. I called on the company on Thursday evening and they had just received the sample. They verified for me that it had been mailed on Wednesday. I called Aznaurova on Friday and the receptionist messaged her. She said that the package was mailed on Monday. I told the receptionist that I knew Aznaurova was lying and how I knew that and to my surprise the receptionist actually messaged her and told her that! Now Aznaurova won't see me because she won't be held personally accountable for her vindictive behavior. She did not directly profit from the test that I requested and therefore delayed it to spite me.

I am in my young 20s, and I felt as though Dr. Aznaurova had difficulty relating to me and my age. She seemed judgemental, and I did not feel comfortable confiding in her about some of my concerns. She is knowledgeable about her profession and different medications, however I am currently looking for someone whom I can feel more open with and that will better listen to my concerns. I believe Dr. Aznaurova is probably better suited for older clientele.

My first appointment with her will definitely be my last. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a healthcare practitioner. She was arrogant, dismissive and acted as though I was fabricating my symptoms. I felt so defeated. Afterwards, I just sat in the parking lot and cried.

I have been in the care of Dr A for about 3-4 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about her care as a physician. As a healthcare provider it is easy to assume that one 20 min conversation means the physician knows everything. They can only care of you if you as the patient are completely open and honest with what you respond. I feel comfortable telling her everything and she takes the time to read notes from our past visits which is very valuable. She is at times hard to understand with her accent but always willing to restate or clarify. Her knowledge of medications and what they can and can't do is outstanding. If you've been to docs most of your life she will be a breath of fresh air for you. Thank you Dr A for your wonderful care.

Friendly and kind. I found her very difficult to understand due to an accent. She speaks fast and I had to ask for clarification multiple times. I am moving on, I just can't take the added stress anymore.
