Dr. Long Hoang Le, MD

I was referred to Dr Le for my foot issues. After much research, I had a consultation and then treatment sessions with him. He is well respected in the industry and I trust his knowledge and recommendation for treatment. He is patient, professional and communicates effectively. Highly recommend!

Dr. Le made my experience very simple and did all the necessary diagnostics at my first visit. He was patient and answered all my questions, including iwhether ir not I need further treatment. I’m glad I got a second opinion with dr. le.

I had a great experience with Dr. Le. He is very experienced and takes time to explain all options available. I ended up needing surgery and he made the process as painless as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Le.

If you are in need of orthotics, do not use this place. It doesn't seem that the podiatrist at Pinnacle (Burnsville) or anyone at the third-party orthotic fabrication company is a certified pedorthist. If someone is, it makes matters worse. Regardless, no one in this process seemed qualified to assess my arch support needs, leaving amateurs at Promet Custom Foot Orthotics to basically approximate. I know this from experience, unfortunately, which cost me $500 for what initially was a very flat piece of plastic with very slight arch support. When I brought this huge disparity to Pinnacle's attention, they refused to refund my $500, insisting I work directly with Promet. The Podiatrist admitted that he was "a middle man." I did work directly with Promet but was very surprised at their lack of knowledge and the fact they expected me to tell them what I needed, as opposed to a trained professional assessing my needs and designing orthotics to properly correct my arches to alleviate knee,… hip, and back pain. A truly professional and qualified company with a certified pedorthist will carefully analyze a patient as he stands and walks and will also interview him (and actually listen) to properly determine what his feet need to correct the arches and overall foot alignment, which alleviates all related pain. I've been wearing orthotics for more about 30 years and needed an updated pair. I made the mistake of going to Pinnacle (and Promet) and received poorly manufactured duplicates of my original orthotics. When I requested some minor tweaks to these, Promet showed it's incompetence by performing one of the requests on the wrong orthotic, the right instead of the left, and the minor requested tweak to the right doesn't even appear to have been performed. The parties at both Pinnacle and Promet are clearly more interested in making money (and providing a sub-par product in the process) than they are in ensuring the client's needs are met. If they didn't care so much about making dollars, they would have been honest with themselves and me by telling me my particular needs were outside of their capabilities. Well, they are $500 richer, but at what cost? They don't seem to care about their reputation and any morals and ethics they had (if any) are gone. The owner comes online here to write an obligatory claim that he's sorry and that he appreciates my bringing this issue to his attention, but this of course is insincere and for the optics. If he genuinely felt sorry, he would do the right thing and refund me my $500. I'm in the process again of obtaining new orthotics (from a professional) and could use the money to pay for them, in addition to medical bills related to plantar fibroma that I developed in part because of Pinnacle and Promet's incompetence.

Dr. Le is great. He did a great job diagnosing and treating my foot problems, so that I no longer have pain. He's also great at building reporte with his patients through describing medical conditions in an approachable way and generally having great bed side manner.
