Dr. Lonnie Rhea Douglas JR., MD

I was in an accident which totally destroyed my right shoulder. Do Douglas performed a total reverse shoulder replacement on me. I was extremely concerned about loosing my arm or the use of it. Dr Douglas explained things well and has followed me through my recovery. Now I have a torn labrum in my left shoulder but he is not available or he would be my first choice.

Not surprised Dr. Lonnie Douglas was charged in federal court after prosecutors said he was part of a conspiracy to order and sell human growth hormone from China. He's all about making a dollar. He said and convinced me I needed a bicep surgery to help out the pain in my shoulder. That involved cutting my bicep and Re-attaching it. Well guess what, the surgery didn't work at all. It gave me no pain relief. When I went back to him and told him I didn't get any pain relief and had more pain, he got defensive and upset at me. His assistant was in the room when it happened, and she looked very uncomfortable and was surprised by his reaction. Like I said before, he Was definitely all about making a dollar. He convinced me to have a surgery I didn't need.

Dr Doughlas was great at putting my arms back together I'm very glad that with physical therapy I can raise and lift with my arms after being broken Dr Douglas and his team helped me greatly after the operation on both arms I would recommend his ability to any one that has a broken bone or strained muscle
