I WENT TO 5 DRS. AFTER MINE RETIRED THEN I MET DR.FULLER ! HE LISTEN TO MY HEALTH PROBLEMS . NOT JUST TAP TAP SEE U NEXT MONTH. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED- I LIKED THAT ! HE SET ME UP WITH ALL THE PEOPLE THAT ALSO COULD HELP. I FOUND MY NEW DR. MOST THINGS U NEED HE CAN DO AT OFFICE.. I'M VERY HAPPY TO BE HIS CLIENT ...

I love dr fuller this is the onlybdr ive ever had that actually called me personally with test results and when im in his office he dont just tells me things he explains and i feel he has a great bed side manner which is very important and i love his nurse ciara.tbis is by far the best dr ive ever had at the clinic.and hes been there fir a long time all my other drs have left.and dr fuller is still there.i wished i would of had him from the start.

Saw him once. 2nd time he made appt. I saw a replacement because he was too busy. No one let me know I would not be seeing him. Had problem with new meds. Called several times and after 2 weeks still no return call. Even called the office mgr. and the main offices of Balto. Health System (where he is now) and still no response. Worthless and dangerous if he doesn't care enough to respond to problems with meds he prescribes.
