Dr. Lorelli Sitahal, MD

This office is filled with a bunch of rude STAFF. The front desk staff is very unprofessional. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. I sat in this office for two hours straight after making a 5:45 appointment and was never seen. Not to mention there were only TWO other patients that came in 30-40 minutes after I did and they were immediately taken back. One patient shared to me that she was only there for a back ache and she arrived 30 minutes after me and when her name was called she fried to explain that there were two people sitting in the waiting area when she arrived. This office carters to who ever they feel and I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to a bunch of Monkeys sitting behind a window looking for a way out.

The level of professionalism is, oh wait, what professionalism. The receptionist will be the downfall of that office. Extremely rude is an understatement. I had to change doctors because I refuse to help pay anyone salary that’s disrespectful. Be warned! If I could give them an even score, I would. I only seen the nurse practitioner and she was very nice and knowledgeable. The part that sucks is that you have to go through the front desk staff to get to the doctors and the nurse practitioner. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR COPAYS ON THIS OFFICE. It’s not worth the frustration.
