I have been on the fence about leaving this practice because of the staff but today made up my mind for me. I have talked to many patients who feel the same. The women speak to you from behind the window and don't even look up at you. When you call they act like they are doing you a favor by taking your call. I just had the worst experience though.. I literally had one of them hang up on me!!! I took off from work for 2 days now and called to come in and was told "We can squeeze you in NEXT Wednesday". What? That is 6 days from now and I'm not feeling well. This is a primary care office!! So I said "I don't understand, this is my primary doctor and I'm sick and you want to schedule me 6 days out?" She said in a very snotty tone "I can't tell the doctor what to do and I don't appreciate you yelling at me. Have a nice day" and hung up on me!! I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE!!! I asked if the doctor can at least order blood work for me and I will see her next Wednesday. Nope. Dr… wants to see me... but 6 days from now is ok with her I guess. Time to look for another office. Honestly the worst front staff in any office I go to, and I unfortunately go to many specialist. I've heard them be rude and downright nasty to other patients while in the waiting room as well. Time to revamp your staff docs!!

i have been going to this doc for years. i will be changing since the office staff is not effecient with following up on telephone requests and are just plain rude at times.

Not only are my Doctor and her associates competant, the entire staff from Receptionists to other Doctors are pleasant, helpful and always have a kind work or a smile to put the patients at ease.
