Dr. Lorenzo Moises Vazquez, MD

I signed up for this PCP office because it’s the one closer to my house, but this is the BIGGEST mistake ever made! The front desk staffs are so not professional. I have 2 visits with this office. The first one was a physical check up and get a paper for labs. I explained to the Dr Vazquez that I need a Gold test for clinical purpose. He said the result will take about 7 business days. So I called the office 10 days later to see if I can pick up a lab report. The front desk receptionist was so rude and said I must see the Dr before they can release my report. Therefore, I came to the office at 1:30 pm and they were at lunch. The office opened at 2 pm. I signed in and the 3rd person on list. I waited 20 mins in the lobby, and she called those people sign in after me. So I went to ask the receptionist, then she asked me a bunch of questions. Finally, she said “oh! We haven’t received your lab report yet”. She said she will call the Lab to find out. So I called the lab myself and was… told that someone from that office just called and they have faxed it. Then, I got in the room and waited 40 mins to see a Dr, just to tell me nothing. For something simple as getting a copy of blood lab report, it took 2.5 hours. Do not come to this office. The staffs are so unprofessional. When I asked them how much longer I should wait, they just bushed me off. And the Dr asked them something in Spanish, they just laughed. The Dr is in Haiwaii Time! They will just make you wait if they don’t like you. And he is also rude that he doesn’t listen to his patient at all.

Doctor Vasquez is a great Doctor.

He doesn't listen to any concerns and just pushes pills for no reason at all. Some of my family go to him because he speaks Spanish so they trust him. Some of them are prescribed pills that they don't even know what they are for or are completely unnecessary! One of my aunts now has a liver problem because all the pills she has taken. Another one of my family members with mental issues went to his office (albeit she was seen by the female doctor in his office) and begged to be referred to a psychiatrist. The doctor just wanted to give her Prozac. My family member refused, fortunately, and is now seeing another doctor. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! There are better Spanish speaking doctors.

This doctor is not open to thoughts. Immediately dismisses things that have resulted in surgery due to my diligence. He is arrogant and disrespectful as evident when he threw a prescription at me and walked away like a spoiled child. He prescribes medecine without looking at the source of worry. Does not seem to know the specializing difference between an OBGYN and a dermatologist. I definitely would not recommend him to anybody....loved ones or not.

To rate this office it does not gives you a 'ZERO" you have to put at least one start. but definitive "DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE" they are so rude and this includes the manager she has the never to send her staff on her behalf instead of showing her face and confront the problem she sends you away. DO YOU NEED THIS SERVICE? I don't know whom hires this personnel in this office, so don't want to imagine how is the "DOCTOR"

New patient, waited all day, and never was seen even with an appointment and had an infection with pus. The infection has gotten worse and now has to go to the ER. Never even apologized for the wait. Never coming back or recommend anyone to go there.
