Dr. Lori Lyn Cherup, MD

I’ve been going to Susan Mowry for quite a few years at Radiance Plastic Surgery. She does fillers, Botox and many more of her services on me. What I love love love about Susan is that I have her total trust. She will not over fill her client. I’ve often asked her for a fill somewhere on my face and she tells me I’m not ready yet. I find we cannot be our own judge of what we need. We need an outsider to guide us. And often your friends won’t give you the right advice. Susan is the person to trust ! People often say how beautiful my skin looks. It’s Susan !

Outstanding post surgical follow up during a holiday week and as the doctor was getting ready to go on vacation. When a potential problem arose the office staff was able to call her at 5:45am her time (11:45am Pittsburgh) and confer. Two highly skilled staff dedicated to post surgical wound care. A doctor who goes the extra mile to be available to patients who need her. We found Dr. Cherup to be kind and compassionate as well as highly skilled. We could not have asked for a better patient/caregiver experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Cherup and her staff. I highly recommend.

Very unprofessional manner. Dresses like a hooker. Speaks LOUD so everyone in the place can hear your confidential medical information. Horrible in every way!

I was looking at Dr. Cherup's reviews and most of them in the past 2 years are negative. Makes you wonder what happened and do you want to schedule with her.

Dr. Cherup did not pay the surgery center their due for my anticipated neck surgery, but did pay herself. The surgery center cancelled my surgery, then Dr. Cherup followed through cancelling my surgery while my husband and I were on vacation in the Caribbean because they were not paid by Cr. Cherup. She kept her unearned money on my charge and threatened to sue the credit card company if they credited me my money. Unfortunately, the credit card company was afraid of being sued by her. She had a hard time getting anything right, but did pay herself an undue $3100. Dr. and Mrs. Kathryn Sitterle

Dr. Cherup told me she could fix one of my breast implants that bottomed out by stitching netting under the implant. She told me I would have to do the same to the other breast. Not only did the surgery not work but it also completely messed up my other breast that was perfect. So now I am left with scares, sagging and a implant still bottomed out. When I called to tell her that the surgery didn't work and it messed up the other breast.. she screamed at me and said there was probably fluid in it...Which I knew there was not. So then she sent me to get it scanned. No fluid. I had to pay her to try to fix it and she made it even worse. So much wasted time, money, and pain...

Dr. Cherup performed a breast augmentation on me. I am very dissatisfied on many fronts. I would never recommend her to anyone. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and find a different surgeon.

i''m going to be 17 years old, and need a breast reduction. I was was extremely excited for the first appointment, but i had yet to be excited once dr. cherup walked into the room. she questioned my religion, school, and was questioning why i was even there. i went to another doctor, and all went well.. so nice and respectful! unlike dr. cherup
