I felt she had her mind made up before she even came in the room. My husband mentioned a number that was low on my blood results and we couldn't remember the name and she just blew it off and didn't even bother to look it up to see what we were talking about. My sister asked if a biopsy was necessary and she literally scoffed at her. I didn't appreciate feeling like I was a waste of her time and making us think our questions were stupid. I will be getting a second opinion but even if they say the same thing at least hopefully the next doctor will treat me like I matter.

I have no idea how anyone could accuse Dr. Cadone of having a poor chairside manner, or of being arrogant. Maybe she was simply responding in kind to those people. I was thoroughly impressed with her. She is as nice and reassuring a doctor as I have ever seen. She made sure to ask all the necessary questions and then took the time to fully explain what she was about to do and why. I give her a 5 star rating. I already have the next appointment scheduled. I can highly recommend her to anyone with any condition of the ear, nose, or throat. In case anyone is curious, I'm seeing her for routine follow up after surgical removal of a large, malignant tumor from my throat and 6 weeks of radiation therapy.

I found dr. Cudone to be very thorough attentive to my needs and in general just an excellent physician the staff from the front to the nurses were all excellent and very professional

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cudone is very friendly and has given me excellent medical care.

In my opinion Dr Cudone has a poor chairside manner. Charged excessively for treatments and time, which apparently included while she was out with another patient. Would not return for any reason. I prefer a doctor who is not arrogant and obnoxious.

Couldn't even clear up an infection in my nose. She Told me to go back to my primary care physician. Why?? Aren't you the specialist??
