Dr. Lori Garjian, MD

I have seen Dr. Garjian several times for ongoing shoulder and knee issues. She does a thorough exam and takes plenty of time to listen and discuss. She is a good diagnostician and a strong believer in physical therapy before more invasive treatments.

I saw Dr. Garjian for hip and leg pain one year ago. After an extensive and careful examination to determine the exact location and source of the pain, she diagnosed bursitis, possibly related to a specific spinal disc, and outlined several treatment options. I chose a simple steroid injection, which she administered in her office. Result: I have had no pain for a full year. She took the time to explain the problem, using anatomy books to illustrate it, and made suggestions for continued exercise to keep the pain from returning. No follow-up visit was necessary.

Dr Garjian was a pleasure. She was thorough. She was patient. She was informative. After seeing her I felt there was some hope for me. She did not rush me. She was great! 10 stars.
