Hmmm let's see... Tons of things that come to mind. First off after my children's appt I ask them how the visit went. My son says that his cleaning was painful and my daughter said that the staff outside her exam room said that she is a horrible brushes. 1st off if this quake was a professional she would probably say that ally isn't brushing well enough, that she could use some improvements. But no, completely hurt my 8yr old feelings. Then when im asked when is good time/day to reschedule I say afternoons anytime after 3pm but not Thursdays at all so what does she do? Books me for Monday at 1pm!!! Sorry that will not work for me I'm self employed and can't leave that early. She says, well I'm self employeed too!!! (Rudely) so when I was asked to confirm my next appt I email back and explain how we feel. 2 days later I get a call back from the reseptionist saying it would be best to find us a new dentist... Ummm ya I think so to. Apparently I'm in the wrong
