Incompetent staff! My preventative well check that should have been $0 is now $240 because they confirmed they were in network for my plan. Then when it processed out of network, they refused to take any responsibility. No apology but instead tried to blame me even though I called them to confirm. After 2 bad experiences - I recommend you find another office. As a doctor - you can find at least the same if not better.

Dr Naglieri is intelligent, listens to her patients and is the best PCP I have ever had

Dr. Naglieri is only concerned with how much money she can make off of each patient. I went in as a new patient for a wellness exam. She makes you sign a form that outlines what is covered and what is not. It specifically states "general age related health concerns" and "diet/exercise" as covered in this wellness exam. I was shocked when I was billed for two office visits because she answered questions about my hormones and wrote me a prescription for a diet pill! I would assume that hormone questions are a normal part of a 55yr old female's "general age related health concerns". I called the office manager multiple times over a few weeks before ever getting a call back from the office. Finally spoke with Dr. Naglieri and questioned the double billing. She argued with me that the diet pill prescription was separate from the diet/exercise covered part of the exam (What??) and that the BRIEF hormone conversation warranted the extra charge!!? I waited on her longer than the entire… appointment took...and yet felt rushed! Won't be going back and won't be paying the extra charge either. I strongly suggest finding another DR.

Dr. Naglieri is amazing. She listens and thinks outside the box. She doesn't throw medication at every complaint.

Dr. Naglieri has been my Primary Care doctor for about seven years. She is competent, caring, and available. At Riverhills I can avoid the production-line heath care that seems to be the norm today. I have not experienced the wait-time/scheduling issues others describe. I was seen by Debbie once and was apprehensive over seeing a PA. I was pleased with her care and could find nothing to complain about. They take the time to address your needs and your concerns.

Dr. Naglieri is very caring and very cautious. I am completely satisfied with her as well as her great staff.

six visits total, all over 45 minute wait, even when first appt. of day. followup on testing is minimal. looking for new dr.

I highly recommend Dr. Naglieri. She is very good. Bedside manner is excellent-remembers me and my family even though we may not see her for months at a time. Gives concise helpful advise and follows up.
