She looked good online. Tried to get an appointment and was advised Dr Sevald does not accept patients over the age of 65 for Gynecology or Well Woman Exams.

I don't usually leave reviews but I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Sevald because my doctor said she was very good. Even though I live in Palm Beach Gardens I went to their W.P.B office because they could not schedule me within a reasonable period of time at their Palm Beach Gardens office. My appt. was in early Oct. and I arrived early as instructed to fill out my paper, etc. I waited 45 minutes and then was asked if I could wait another hour because the doctor had an emergency. I could not because I needed to get to work. I booked another appt. with them and the soonest they could get me in was Dec. 3rd but it was now at the Palm Beach Gardens office. I contacted them a week before my appt. to make sure they had my paperwork, copy of my insurance card, etc. and to let them know I had already paid my co-payment at the W.P.B. office. They said everything was fine. Two days prior to my appt. they texted and called to… have me confirm the appt. I texted back confirmed. The day of the appt. they called me to see if I could come into their W.P.B. office in the morning instead of the Palm Beach Gardens office in the afternoon. I told them I could not reschedule because I was working. They assured me that it was fine and would see me at 2:30. I arrived early for my appt. only to be told that as of the end of Oct. they no longer accepted my insurance so I would not be able to see the doctor. There is no excuse for this type of inefficiency. If you want to be jerked around go ahead and book an appt.

No privacy doesn’t fight for her long term patients allowed racism under occur at practice and chose the unprofessional receptionist over client 5+ years!

Sad. Sad. Sad. Dr. Sevald was actually wonderful BUT the office staff and complete lack of any communication is more than exasperating. Impossible to speak to anyone or get any return phone calls. The records department, the office staff, the people behind or along side Dr. Sevald are unapproachable and disinterested. I had a 3D mammogram and Dexascan performed more than a week ago. I'm still waiting for a call. I was told that the results of the mammogram would be available in 24-48 hours. It's been over a week!!!!! I called and of course no one answered. I left my name and number and yet again No Return Call. I urge you to save yourself the aggravation. Do not use this practice. I hope Dr Sevald has the opportunity to see this. It affects her reputation. If I could have given " negative stars" I would have.

I've never met such a compassionate doctor, Dr. Sevald takes her time with her patients she really takes time out to listen to your needs. she has impeccable bedside manners.

Very rude to her patients! Doesn't have the courtesy to call or address any concerns of her patient over the phone. wouldn't recommend anyone to go to her practice.
