My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Spencer. She is outstanding . I also want to add that her medical coordinator Donna is experienced and has helped us streamline our appointments. Dr. Spencer is generally reserved so you may have to engage in a way that best serves communicating in a manner that meets your needs. What is most important is that she is highly capable dermatologist and cares for her patients well being.

I have been Dr Spencer's patient for at least 10 years, and I have the utmost confidence in her ability to treat my skin problems. She's extremely knowledgeable and takes an interest in my health. She explains things clearly, so that I understand the diagnosis and treatments. Thank you, Dr Spencer.

This review is not about Dr Spencer. She is a good doctor who I believe cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable in her field of medicine. I had to reschedule my appointment because I waited over a half hour and still was waiting. Why is it that their time is so valuable but my time is not. If I have to wait for another half hour or more before they can call me and then another 15-20 minutes before I see the doctor, I’ll find another doctor.

Dr. Spencer was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. All my questions were answered.

Dr. Spencer, as always, was very thorough with my diagnosis. She was very pleasant and described my issues going forward. I couldn't be happier with her attentiveness.

I give Dr Spencer 5 stars! She is kind, knowledgeable, thorough and cares about me as a patient. Never rushed, she makes time to do my examination every visit. I’ve had multiple melanomas, so she is particularly careful to look for anything that appears abnormal. I recommend her without reservation.

I think she does not give her patience enough time her scan of me was not very thorough. I was disappointed to wait that long for an appointment and it to be over in less than five minutes. Premier dermatology is like a factory.
