I've been a patient of Dr. Travis's for 10 years. She is knowledgable, kind, caring and compassionate. In addition, I have found her to be well versed in the latest medical protocols and therapies for MS. She is a passionate advocate for her patients, and works tirelessly to provide the highest quality care possible. My MS has been stable from diagnosis to present, and I am convinced that it is due to the superior care I have received from Dr. Travis. I trust her implicitly and recommend her without reservation!

We met Dr. Travis last year after we moved here from Chicago. My wife has MS and we needed a neurologist. Dr Travis took time to know us. They put in their mini clinic which helps us as we have a long drive to their office. The staff has been very helpful with getting us our scripts.

I saw Dr. Travis when my Dr. In the same practice was not in town. I had started having some numbing and felt my MS was having a flare-up. Dr. Davis saw me and prescribed an oral steroid which relived the numbing and tingling after about a weeks time. She was very nice, asked questions and was very willing to listen.

My PCP recommended Dr. Lori's dad...but since I could not get in for MONTHS I decided to take an earlier appointment with his daughter Lori. I have to say she was seriously the worst doctor I have ever seen. What a waste of time and money. My second appointment was yesterday. I drove 45 minutes to review my MRI results. When I got into her office she said, and I quote.. "I have an important call coming in, and you will have to step out of the office if it comes in." Now mind you, this is during MY appointment time...which my insurance company and I have paid for. A call did come in, which she took with me sitting there. She said "Well that was an important call, but not the one I was waiting for." Really, WTH?? I felt like my MRI results were important too. But apparently her other, and at this I won't even say patients, "plans" were far more important than me. I had the distinct feeling she was making plans for her vacation, in February. Never have I been so put off by a doctor.… Do NOT waste your time with this "doctor".

Saw this dr. Had a skin biopsy that was supposed to take about 2 weeks for the results. No call for 3 1/2 weeks. Then had an MRI. 2 days later I received the report from the imaging center. Gave the dr. 2 more days to call and she did not. Finally placed a call to the office on a Friday & was told she was "out of the office until next Wed. She will call you Wed. morning." No call. Called the office at 4:15 and received an answering machine. Office closed. I will be looking for a new neurologist ASAP. Very disappointed in the care.

I have been seeing her for 5 years, never really thought I have gotten much value from her. I recently attended one of the MS seminars, and she didn't even say "hi". Looking for another neurologist with a staff that knows what they are doing.

the girls at thefront desk have no clue what they're doing. they're all frazzled & clueless. I'm so disappointed with the service. I had an appt scheduled but I got caught in the storm so I called & said I was running a little late & she wanted to reschedule 2 weeks later to go over my mri results. so unbelievable. I will never see her again.

I am a patient of Dr. Lori Travis and as such I can say she is a fantastic Neurologist. She takes time with her patients and is extremely concerned for my welfare. I have been very impresssed with her professionalism, diagnostic skills, her bedside manner and above all her sincere interest in the well being of her patients. My regret is that there is no 5 STAR catagory available because that is what she deserves. Thank You Dr. Travis !
