Dr. Boken did my c section & did an excellent job. She was confident in her kraft which made me feel safe.

Dr.Boken did my hysterectomy. Great surgeon. Great bedside.

I have been seeing Dr. Boken for 13 years now and I have not a single complaint. She is a busy doctor and I know she spends time with me, so she has to spend time with other patients. I expect to wait a while for her, but I understand.

If you are pregnant this is a great office for the most part. If you have any problems that are not baby related they will not give you an appointment with out clearing it through a nurse. It takes a year to schedule your checkups. I was having issues with bleeding and was given the option of a hysterectomy or bc pills to try to reduce the bleeding. I opted to try the pills first. The first pill gave me horrible mood swings and yeast infections every couple weeks. I was told to just get otc creams and suck it up for three more months. Then I was switched to another pill. I bled daily just not as heavy and still had the pain and yeast symptoms . I was again told to use creams and I had to wait and call them back after two more months. I am disgusted with the staff. How long should a person suffer daily until they are able to see a doctor? Also I wasn't going to get an appointment in two months I would just be able to talk to the nurse again.

Dr. Boken is the ideal OB/GYN. She is friendly, caring and professional. I am so happy that she will be delivering my baby. Her office staff, however, is terrible. They are more suited to working at a prison rather than a place that brings new life into the world. It makes me sad to think of the ladies who have had complications with their pregnancies or other medical issues and have then had to deal with the rude, eye-rolling, horrendous office staff. But, I like Dr. Boken so much that I will endure the office staff's stupidity for a few more visits.
