Fantastic Doctor. Takes the time to understand your medical chart. I find Dr Malamug thorough and kind. I highly recommend her.

Has absolutely no clue about male hormone replacement therapy. So glad I went and had a second, third, and fourth opinion that all blatantly disagreed with her medical advice.

Took my 84 year old mother to her for thyroid cancer appointment. She was so condescending and insensitive to my mother’s situation. She was more concerned with the time she was spending with us than our questions. She referred to one of my mother’s questions as a “sidetrack” as it interfered with her talking. Really bad bedside manner.

I have seen Dr. Malamug for about a year and a half and have been very pleased. She and her office staff are very accommodating and she explains things very well.

Awful experience. Doctor is dismissive, condescending and rude. She interrupted me throughout the appointment. She had clearly made a decision before I walked in the room. She never examined me. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She had no interest in helping me determine any further course of action with my symptoms and would not even listen to my concerns. She doesn't seem to enjoy working with patients and would suggest NEVER seeing her.

Dr. Malamug could truly not care less about her patients. No follow-up, rescheduled appointments, and too busy to talk to you. You truly are just a paycheck to her office.
