This doctor is very horrible he got me hooked on Suboxone where I can't get off all of them he was feeding me 4 a day which was unheard of I should file a lawsuit against him

he is part of a racket of criminals. ASAM is full of criminals and addicts who are stealing from the public. just wait and see... good will conquer evil and he has broken his Hippocratic oath before. he sold Rx in his "pill mill" in 1987. he swore in testimony that he was a cocaine addict and sold Rx. Instead of being reprimanded by the Medical Board he became their agent.

I read all the fake reviews giving him 5 stars. This guy helped to start the opiate epidemic and he swore on oath in 1987 that he was a cocaine addict. He ran a pill mill and was disqualified. All of the information I state is public record. Stay away from him! He is a devil

I’ve been seeing Dr. Baxter for what is coming up on almost 2 years know and I came from seeing 2 different doctors and Dr. Baxter helped me get my management of my medication under control. My previous doctors were over prescribing and referring me to one another and had me as a walking zombie. Since switching to PAPNJ (Dr. Baxter’s office) I have seen a huge increase of happiness in my life, a huge difference being on the proper dosages of my medications, and promotions at work and work proficiency going up tremendously and extremely noticeable difference at home as well. And his encouragement as far as staying involved in a 12 step program of some sort and maintaining a sponsor. BEST Decision of my life was to go see Dr. Baxter, I owe him my life!

I was a patient of Dr Baxter and went to him for alcohol abuse. At first he seemed nice and understanding but I soon found out it was an act. He was really in it for the money. He makes over $350,000 a year and has his wife and son work in the company. Once you are in the program he never lets you leave. You continue to pay annual fees in addition to fees for drug testing which the company gets a part of. This program is a cash cow and he makes money hand over fist off of desperate people who have no where to turn. The medical board sends him a lot of patients usually professionals who have substance abuse problems. I believe someone on the board also gets a cut of the action. This whole thing is a scam. The attorney general should investigate this so called program.
