Dr. Louis Carnendran, MD

I arrived for a 10:15 appointment and was told that the Doctor was running over one hour late. I could not wait, so I left. It would have been nice if the office staff were thoughtfull enough to pick up the phone and let me know this before I wasted 1/2 hour getting there and another 1/2 hour returning home. I guess they don't consider the possibility that the patients' time has some value? Dr. Carnendran is wonderful, but I can't say the same for the staff.

This is one of the most caring physicians I have ever had the priviledge to work with. I would gladly bring my parent to him, and feel that he was getting the best care possible. He went beyond the scope and provided patients with a caring and careful explanation of their condition and test findings, ie from a cardiac catheterization, that they could easily understand. He took time to let them absorb what was said, and answered any and all questions to their fullest.
