Dr. Chang is exceptional - detailed, calm, kind - and an outstanding surgeon. Academic background and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed a non-ophthalmologic problem. Very grateful to him.

One of the nicest physicians I have met. He is very knowledgable and courteous. He knows what he is doing and I trust him and his practice.

Dr. Chang is in a word outstanding. Excellent physician and surgeon with patience to explain everything in clear detail. Saved my eyesight. Highly recommend him.

My biggest complain is that he speaks very rapidly as if to move you along quickly. He delivered bad news to me without any attempt to soften the blow. I would rate his bedside manner low.
