Dr Mary Ann Lloyd, MD

I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Lloyd almost 20 years ago. The improved vision I obtained allowed me to work several more years, and secure a more favorable retirement. Since then, I have had follow up visits every couple of years, and all is well. Beyond her skill, she is always attentive, answers questions, and has just the right balance of welcoming personality which allow the visits to see her both medically and from a human standard, pleasant and rewarding. I consider myself fortunate to have had her care and compassion. A great person!

Dr Lloyd is amazing! She is an excellent ophthalmologist, very skillful, professional and knowledgeable, and she is also very attentive, extremely patient and just a very nice person in general. She operated on my mom to remove cataracts on both eyes, and both procedures went very well. We couldn't have wished for a better doctor!Overall, we were very pleased with the care and service that we received at the eye department of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. All the staff we encountered, without exceptions, was very welcoming, courteous, professional and efficient.
