My experience with Dr. Gallia, Irma, Paul, the clinicians and the assistants was in every way an exceptionally positive experience. I required oral surgery to remove a medium-sized bony growth on the roof of my mouth. This is a somewhat uncommon condition and required a highly skilled and experienced oral surgeon. My consultation, surgery and follow-up appointments were all well-structured, smoothly transacted and on-time. In my opinion, Dr. Louis Gallia is an excellent oral surgeon and one of the best oral surgeons in Sacramento. Dr. Gallia's patient care plan for me was smart and comprehensive, his operative skills were remarkably masterful and his communications with me were clear, gracious and professional. Dr. Gallia's staff was professional, informative, approachable and empathetic. Dr. Gallia's assistants were helpful, caring and friendly. I went to see Dr. Gallia after I found his internet advertisement to treat tinnitus. When I arrived at his office he informed me that I needed to pay cash in advance and get the reimbursement from my insurance company later. I paid $750 in cash (no check, 100 dollar bills) and he took me in immediately. He asked me to sit and proceeded to ask me questions about my ailment. He wrote down everything I said and prepared a thorough report outlining my symptoms in detail, carefully paraphrasing his questions and my answers. He interrogated me for about 35 minutes and then wrote a 1 page report, gave me a copy of the report and told me he was going to refer me to a specialist for treatment. No examination, no tests, no xrays, no MRS, no scans, no nothing. Just an interrogation in exchange for my $750. People like him should be stripped of their license to steal money from the suffering people who are in pain desperately seeking treatment from a real professional.

Irma, Paul and Dr. Gallia are very professional. I am very impressed with the practice and thorough explanation of the services to be rendered. My daughter is scheduled for multiple extractions. During the consultation, both the staff and Dr. Gallia were very personable and accommodating.

Arrogance,lock of respect and tolerance is what makes this Doctor the worse experience i ever had. I still dont understant why dentist like this still on business.
