He’s been my Neurosurgeon for 20 years. He’s the best doctor for me and I highly recommend him.

There is a reason I am willing to drive from St. Simon’s Island to Savannah. Dr. Horn’s demeanor and approach is professional, attentive and relatable. There is no sense of rushing to get to the next patient. He talks to the patient not at the patient. Concerns are addressed and questions answered in a manner that alleviates any apprehension. I have yet to leave an appointment questioning what course of action is best for me. Dr. horn does not rush to extreme measures but instead explains all options with enough information for an informed decision to be made. I could write an entirely separate five star review on the staff including every aspect of practice management from the receptionists, scheduling to navigating insurance. This practice is patient oriented beyond measure.
