Dr. Luis Orlando Orezzoli, MD

My wife called to have my sons inhaler Rx refilled. They called in the wrong dosage. My wife called her back and was treated as if it was her fault and she was putting her out. Even after making the mistake it took her hours to call the corrected rx in and was rude to the pharmacist as well. You might be the best pediatrician in town but we won’t be back with her at the desk.

Great doctor, but their office is stuck in the 1990s. I never thought I'd hear someone say "We don't do e-mail"!

Today was my first time at Dr. O’s practice and he was very warm and personable toward my 11 yr. old son. Great bedside manner and very patient and attentive with mom too! I asked questions that were related to our visit as well as unrelated questions of concern and Dr. O answered all of my questions without hesitation. In fact, he welcomed my questions. I walked out feeling grateful that I found him and was even happier to find out that his patients age out at about 20 from his practice! Some go beyond and come back with their babies! I can see why they would. I can only confirm all of the great reviews he has received! His front desk is very efficient and the wait was not long at all, about an hour. The office sparkles and is beautifully decorated. Feels like you’re entering a mansion!

I really love Dr. O and Nurse Nancy. They are both truly caring, patient and accommodating, even with my tantruming toddler and fussy newborn. The office is very nice and I love the separate sides for sick and well, plus they bring kids in a different door and put them in a room immediately if they have something like chicken pox or a mysterious rash. All of that being said, I am transferring my children to a new ped because of the wait time. Ive been three times and the wait has worsened with each visit. Our last appointment was a checkup that lasted over two and a half hours. That was over 40 min in the waiting room to see a nurse, then another 45 minutes to see the dr once we were in the room and the nurse had left. That is a VERY long time to have two under two in a room. My back was in serious pain from standing there bouncing my newborn while also trying to constantly find new ways to entertain my toddler. So, all in all, while I really appreciate Dr. O's genuine care for his… patients, a little improvement in time management would go a long way.

We have been with the doctor for 19 years. Our youngest is just about aging out. He has taken excellent care and have seen us thru many stressful situations. The same nurse, Nancy is wonderful.

The only reason promptness is just good is because they were always kind enough to work us in when a child is sick so I expect to wait that is normal

Love, love, love this Doctor. If you are in need of a doctor for your infant/toddler/child, this is who you want to have as your doctor. I have a 5 year old and a 6 month old and this Doctor is great with both ages. He Listens to your concerns, spends time letting you ask questions and makes the kids comfortable just by the way he treats them. You can see his passion for kids healthy well being just by talking with him. Office is always clean, calm and inviting. The receptionist is always helpful and they have a kid area with toys/books for the kids. Over all a A+.

Best kids doc around!! I travel 24 miles to have me kids see him. He has saved two of my kids lives! He won't give up on you and he listens!!

Horrible practice! Doc and office manager kept telling me they did not over charge me, when they did, and my insurance said they did. Eventually they gave me my money back but only after waiting months and months, and I had to keep calling and getting verbally abused by the Kathy the office manager, and I had to spend my time driving down to the office. They still owe me more money,but they cant give me a detail print out of what I have paid. When the Doc was denying the fact that they had overcharged me, he actually told me we needed to find a doctor that accepted my military and religious beliefs, because my husband is in the Coast Guard. So especially don't go here if you have Tricare! Tricare heard the conversation with the office manager and me, and Tricare even said the way she spoke to me was customer abuse!

Dr Orezolli has been caring for our children since birth (10 years now). He truly cares for his patients and makes each child feel special. My kids actually like going to the doctor, and he is always able to effectively diagnose and treat whatever is wrong with them.
