Dr Scarcella is an excellent doctor in so many ways, one thing that sets him above mist other doctors is the TIME he takes with each patient at every visit. He is highly intelligent and just as kind and caring. He’s simply an outstanding perdon and professional. Can’t say enough good things about him. Honestly!
