This was my first visit to the Arthritis and Rheumatism Assoc. Dr. Ziglar spent a great amount of time with me without rushing. She thoroughly examined me and explained in detail my blood and X-ray results. Importantly, Dr. Ziglar was super nice and patient with me.

Dr. Ziglar takes the time to research my history and test results before my exam. She explains results and options for treatment very thoroughly and takes time for any questions or concerns I have to be addressed. She really is an extraordinary rheumatologist!

My visit with Dr. Ziglar was really great. She is so kind and thorough. She did a great job explaining my issue and her thought process for a remedy. This was the longest patient / doctor encounter I've ever had in all my years. I was really surprised that my appointment lasted as long as it did. I highly recommend Dr. Ziglar!

Dr. Ziglar is always on time. She listens to concerns and offers sound advice. She is good about following up on what was discussed at previous appointments. I would highly recommend her.

Unable to handle my "complex" case, made an error that could have resulted in serious injury, and she couldn't get past it even though I said it was OK and to move on. Unpredictable overall. Very unprofessional in how this was handled, without any adequate referral for coordination of care. Abandoned and left me in the middle of needing help and treatment for several rheumatological diseases. Her personality was very good and I liked her approach up to this point, but this was unacceptable.
