Dr. Louise Oyco Santos, MD

Dr. Santos is a very efficient, happy, and respectful doctor who can be trusted when you(the patient) come to her in peace, treat her with respect, and let her do her job.

Dr. Santos is very good at what she does. She understands her patients very well. I am a patient of hers and I am very blessed to have her in my life.

Dr Santos has a great bedside manor - she listens to what I am saying and has also been a great diagnostician. I would recommend and have already recommended Dr Santos to at least 10 of my friends (who now use and are very happy with the service she provides). I am also happy with the specialist she recommended me to for issues outside of family practice.

Listens well to her patients. Doesn't brush off their concerns. She does hold you accountable for taking steps to make yourself better, i.e., eating a healthy diet, exercise etc. I like that she won't just hand me pills and send me on my way. She works with her patients to keep them on a healthy path.

They don't get any better than Dr. Santos.

I was a patient of Dr. Kropp when it was her practice. Dr. Santos took it over when Dr. Kropp relocated to Chicago. Dr. Kropp sent a letter to all her patients telling us that we would be in excellent hands if we decided to stay when Dr. Santos took over, so I stayed.I decided to stay with Dr. Santos because I really liked her from my first appointment, she was very understanding and compassionate and made me feel like she really cared about me not just as a patient but as a whole person.I have a few health issues and I felt very comfortable with her, more comfortable than any doctor I've ever had in my life. She always spends a generous amount of time with me.I went to one primary care doctor for 5 years and when he saw me he was always in such a rush that I had to make a list of things I needed to talk about because he made me so nervous that I would forget everything. The wait time to see him was never less than 45 minutes.I just really hit it off right out of the gate with Dr.… Santos, she airs on the side of caution which I really like. also, she is an extremely intelligent doctor and a very good listener. I completely trust her with my health care needs.
