Been seeing Dr. Mason for shoulder issues for some years now. His manner is what everyone wants in a Doctor. It's gotten to be like going to see an old friend who just happens to be an accomplished ortho-doc. In addition the entire staff at The Orthopedic Group is very friendly and efficient.

From check in to check out was very streamlined. Dr. Mason came in right after I went into an exam room and was very thorough in the exam.

I broke my pelvis in a 3 places recently. I ended up in the hospital for pain management for 2 days. Dr Mason was very kind and supportive. I had 3 weeks of in house physical therapy which was very therapeutic. When I returned to Dr Mason, he re xrayed my pelvis and left lateral foot and said that everything looked stable. He gave me the ok to do what ever I wanted as long as it didn’t hurt. I will be returning to him in one month for another follow up xray. I will recommend Dr Mason always

1st impression. Receptionist in scrubs has a problem understanding when a patient says "no" about their private information, you shouldn't continue to violate their privacy while repeating "that's just how we do it." Dr. Mason: Seemingly no interest in first time, new patient. Clearly hadn't read my chart that they insist you waste time filling out. Too busy(or arrogant)to LISTEN for 2 seconds. In a hurry to the next over-booked appointment. Total time with Doctor; less than 5 minutes. Lazy robot. Not impressed. I'm sure they'll try very hard to do much better next time.

My husband and I have been cared for by Dr. Mason for many years and he is efficient and professional in every way. We highly recommend him to anyone who is having difficulty with their knees.

Dr Mason did a total knee replacement 12 days ago, everything is going well and I started walking with a cane a few days ago. Very happy with the progress of my healing. Thank you so much for taking care of me and I highly recommend Dr Mason if you’re looking for a knee replacement!!
