Best doctor I ever had

The waiting time at this office is long, could be up to 2 hours. The front desk man is unbelievably rude and disrespectful., especially with elderly people. If I need to call this doctor to make an appointment , I always have to watch/ be careful what is his mood like. He has difficulties with anger expression and self-regulation.

As a medical professional I can say that dr. Luba Gringut is a very good and professional doctor. Someone was complaining about waiting time. Yes. She always have a lot of patients and spend as much time on every patient as it needed to get a right treatment I'm her patient for 15years and never was told that doctor can't see you because she booked No. It's total opposite: if you are sick and need her help - you are always get it even if it passed her office hours
