Second opinion. Really nice guy. Surprised to see him open to other approaches to pain and views. Office staff very helpful.

When your doctor is busy like that that’s mean his manufacture doctor will not remember what he should do on your surgery forget things and will have errors like he did with me and when you told him a bout his mast up he will run you of and never see him again it’s all a bout the money I’m just a number and fill on his computer I’m on disability because him I wish I look to his malpractice court records before I let him do my surgery

The "doctor" was well over an hour late, I never was told I would be seeing a PA instead of the doctor, and the office staff was unmitigated disaster: chaotic, gave conflicting information, did not make follow-up appointments as directed, returned calls once a *week* ... pandemonium. I would NEVER return to this office and I recommend earnestly AGAINST this group of incompetents.

Excellent doctor

Dr Jarolimek is a busy doctor that still took the time and effort to answer all my questions and concerns. Also an excellent staff. It's a comforting feeling to have confidence in my doctor and his staff.

Doctor Jarolimek is a good doctor. He has worked on my Fibula fracture. When he diagnosed my predicament, He and the staff worked as a team to call my insurance company and schedule me for surgery. I am truly amazed and thankful.

Nonsensical answers from the staff trying to cover for glaring procedural errors, curtness to the point of being rude, condescension, sarcasm, "accidental" hang ups, voice mail black holes, no "modern" technology like email or even texting, no patient portals online, almost a month wait for an appointment, the doctor was almost 2 hours late to a morning appointment, a very chaotic environment. I am glad I had the opportunity to change insurance companies - glad to be rid of them. I would be absolutely frightened of surgery if the way the office is run is any indication of the level of care a patient would receive.

went to see 3 other orthopedic doctors all of whom recommended surgery based on my MRI, Dr Jarolimek took time to actually examine me, recommended a trial of non operative treatment - I am well pain free without surgery

His office staff is young, but they do just fine. He is an excellent surgeon. He operated on both hands, and I was able to use my hands 100% for the first time in many years. He gave me back my quality of life. The hands healed quickly, the scars don't show, you'ld have to look for them to find them. I intend to have both knees replaced, and my foot repaired by this highly qualified and professional surgeon. I wish all my doctors were as caring and as competent as Dr. Jarolimek. I am grateful to have found him, and so very glad he will take lower income people into his practice, when clearly he has enough high income people to not have to "give away" his skills for those who have to rely on the charity of doctors who will lose money by taking medicaid and medicare.
