Dr. Burton is a top-notch orthopedic surgeon! My hip replacement went as smoothly as I could possibly have hoped for. Not only did I NOT need any pain medicines after leaving the hospital, including the third day, which was predicted as the worst day for post-operative pain, but I also was walking around without my walker three days after surgery. If you need attention for joint or back pain, he's the one to see!

Dr. Burton explained everything very well and showed me the X-rays and pointed out where my problem is. Going to do a partial knee replacement after the holidays.

This talented surgeon, without hesitation did elective hip surgery on my healthy 93 year old mother. He changed her life. She had been in a wheelchair for close to 2 years and was in constant pain. She now is able to walk, she does need a walker as being in the wheelchair for 2 years with the arthritis brought lasting limitations, but she can walk on the walker with ZERO pain. I'm so grateful to him. His staff is so caring and personal. The follow up has been thorough and successful. Cannot say enough about this man who gave my 93 year old mom back the joy in her life to be pain free. Thank you Dr. Burton and staff. Polly Neely and Annie M. Rush

Dr. Burton is highly intelligent and does an excellent job of explaining what is going on with your affected body part. He’s not a great conversationalist by nature but because he tries to really impressed me. I will choose brilliance over gab any day! I like Dr. Burton a lot and highly recommend him.
