Dr Soto and her staff will not return calls. They are very poor with follow up on test results and prescription refills. I received a bill for services that was not properly filed with insurance. The letter sent to me stated that I could be sent to collection. After 3 tries and messages left with the business office and not return call, I drove to the office to rectify the situation. The office staff is very nice, but are poor at resolving situations.

Not very patient. Kind of arrogant and looks down on her patients.

My wife had a temperature of 102 and above for over 9 days. We had gone to the ER on the 3rd day and they tested her blood and said that she had a virus and would just have to go home and sweat it out. Day 6 we went to see Soto and stated to her the results from the ER and that she still had a fever. She prescribed Tamiflu for the flu, which we had already stated she did not have. I asked her if she thought there may be an infection considering the length of the fever as well as asked why she would prescribe Tamiflu when it only works on the flu with symptoms within 48 hrs? Blew me off and I picked up the $125 prescription reluctantly as I knew it would do no good. It did not and we were back in the ER on the 8th day and she was getting worse. After all of this guess what it was originally? A UTI (bladder) infection!!! It turned serious and infected her kidneys and swelled her spleen due to the length of infection. Nice job guys. I am looking into filing a formal complaint. Was not… impressed with Soto whatsoever. People need to be held accountable for their actions....
