I seen Dr.Funtowicz today for the first time and I must say I’m very happy for the way she listen to me and my concerns I’m a 50 year old male (mechanic/truck driver)so I’ve been not so nice to my body over the years Now that I’m 50 and falling apart I’m not to happy about it , I started having problems which initially were thought to be MS related but it might be more vitamin B related Trying to get doctors to listen to me as far as what’s been working or helping me hasn’t been easy until I seen Dr Funtowicz today She asked me how can I help you then she started recommending test she thought I should have and I agreed with her because she really made me feel she cared and had my best interest when it came to my treatment I feel I’m on the right track now and I’m looking forward to getting all the test done and feeling better

Callous, machine-like, high ego, makes very quick assumptions about your symptoms, Not recommended. Please get empowered, do your research before seeing any physician and review them to help us customers (that's what we are in this greedy system) and demand better service.

she gives the best physical I have ever had. She also diagnosed my rare blood diseas--not cancer--in 5 minutes after nobody in my home city had any idea. She sent me to the Mayo Hospital for instant treatment. I am fortunate to have found her and am grateful to be her patient.

This is an absolutely fantastic doctor! Obviously a cut above most. Very thorough. Accurate on all accounts. I'm 66 years old and been through FAA pilot physicals and many military exams and tests.. This doctor has it all figured out and listens to concerns and addresses all issues and concerns to the MAX. I don't think anyone could do any better for overall health issues and I won't ever try again. I feel very fortunate that this doctor is enough younger than me that she will still be practicing beyond my need. I'm very well educated and very particular. All I can say is "WOW". Thanks.

Her diagnosis was not correct. Months after my week long visit did a different doctor find out what she missed - which was severely overseen. I would not recommend her.

This is consultative medicine and the doctors will ask you to go to a local ER if you need urgent medical care. For a second opinion, there is no better place (or doctor).

I called this doctor whom I had seen before to make an appointment for diagnostic tests because I was not feeling right. She refused twice to make appointment for me, saying she wanted me to be evaluated in Las Vegas. Anyone in the medical field knows how terrible the health care is in Las Vegas. I called another doctor at the Mayo Clinic who made an appointment for me. When I finished a test I had a heart attack and was sent the next morning for a quadruple by-pass. I was most fortunate to be at the Mayo Clinic when this happened. I later complained vigorously about Dr. Funtowicz and said in my opinion she was not Mayo Clinic quality and I would hate to see her advising other women. Frankly, I am surprised the doctor is still at the Clinic.
