Worst service ever. I called to inquire about my medical reports and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. It was a male working at the reception. I called for the second time and he did the same. Unbelievable.

I would not recommend this doctor. He has you come back for another appointment even when he only needs to call the insurance company. I've been going to him for over a year and he has done nothing to help my knee pain even though I have had many many visits. When I needed to cancel for an emergency the morning of my appointment he charged me $40. The next appointment he cancelled one hour before my appointment FOR A PROCEDURE I asked for my $40 back and he told me not to come back. I felt this was highly unprofessional. I had to have so many visits before the procedure I would not recommend this doctor. He books many patients at the same time so there's usually a very long wait and he has the patient come back what seems to me an unnecessary amount of times before he does a procedure. For example twice he had me come in for an appointment only to tell me he had to call the insurance company. The office is inconveniently located for anyone who drives as there is nowhere… to park. I think he has the patient come back so many times for monetary purposes but all I know is that I had many unnecessary visits. I've been going to him for about two years and he has done nothing that worked to ease my discomfort. I recently was charged $40 for cancelling the morning of an afternoon appointment due to an emergency. The following week he cancelled an hour before my appointment for a procedure I asked for my $40 back and he told me to find another doctor. I think this was highly unprofessional.

you don't deserve an answer but .... I will do it again to help you with your addiction .We did not start you on narcotics. You came to us for percocet 10 mg that we do not prescribe. Your labs come back without the narcotic that probably you are selling it . We are very strict in prescribing narcotics, following the FDA policy.So, we discharge you from our office and advise you to go to detox providing you with one month RX not to go to(In) withdraw. don't blame us for your life stile and addiction not to mention the illicit selling of narcotics.

He got me hooked on so much pain meds had to go to detox.He is one of the drs in the bronx for writing the most prescription for percocet.The GOVERNMENT told him he cant write no more percocet so he dropped patients and cut them off like me.He is a low low quality of a dr ,tulucca was on the money train like so many other drs who wrote everybody and there mother a script for opiates.THE PILLS PAY THE BILLS.He should have his license taken away for what he did to people I can name 10 people I know he did this too...He is a license drug dealer that's all he is....

He is a great doctor, and i could recommand him to anybody.

I just started seeking medical treatment from Dr Tuluca and he is amazing. Plus the Nurse Ingrid is soo informative and the customer skills is very welcoming. I will be back for care

I have been a patient for almost 5 years and since the beginning Dr. Tuluca has given me extra time and attention- even when he's extremely busy. The office is always busy but run efficiently! The staff is helpful, especially the Nurse asst. Dr. Tuluca is more than just average Dr. - he's caring, compassionate and in my case he's like a Father figure. He's willing to give me better advice and treatment than my other previous pain management MD ( there have been 4 others, plus 3 Rheumatologists, and 3 Orthopedic specialists) By far Dr Tuluca is my favorite out of all the rest - I consider him THE BEST! None compared to way he actually cares about his patients! Genuinely good person, excellent Dr!

I love doctor Tuluca and his nurse they are the best I'm been going to them for 4 yrs I started in a wheel chair and now I'm walking with nothing thanks to him.. He has a good hands and me feel real comfortable when it comes to his medications.. I recommend him to any one with my eyes closed. Everyone that works with him are so nice lets not forget his beautiful fish tanks :)
