Dr. Lucrecia Trabanino Sta Ana, MD

As a fellow healthcare professional of Memorial Hermann I am very disappointed. Dr. Sta Ana made me feel unheard. She asked me about 3 questions regarding my chief complaint, and when I tried to go into detail and explain she would cut me off. I brought in my results from a previous colonoscopy, as well as photos of my underlying issue, and she didn’t even try to look at them or hear what I had to say. She asked me if I had constipation and I told her no. After a quick 10 second rectal exam she gave me a sheet of paper about constipation and fiber, after I already told her that wasn’t an issue. My appointment felt rushed and Dr. Sta Ana lacked empathy and care, which is so disheartening to experience, as the key word in healthcare is “care”. I drove 40 minutes for a 5 minute doctors visit that cost me $300 to be told how to treat what wasn’t an underlying issue.

Arrogant, OVERBOOKED, & Lacks knowledge. Go to someone that Appreciate's their patient's hard earned money for insurance & copays. She hadn't looked at my chart & really wasted my time / money. When I explained what my 1st consult stated, She said "Let them DO IT Then !" . . . lol - I will. &&& To the other patient's : Find someone else. That Knows their job & Loves their job :^ )

Big dissepiment!!! I am so disappointed with two visits, wrong diagnosis two times. Stay away from this doctor. waste of time and money. She was 100% sure that I have several hemorrhoids, the colonoscopy has proven otherwise zero hemorrhoids (the colonoscopy was done with different doctor) The "specialist" who has zero knowledge---Be careful with her diagnosis.

Stay away from this,doctor. She does not listen... she does not explain... she lies to the patient just so she can do surgery. I experienced this and thank God my family was there for me. Do not trust this dr.

Deviates from standard of care greatly.

Explained process both before and after surgery, visited every day in hospital. Interacted with family members and is a great physician

Doctor Sta.Ana was recommended by another specialist,she is very skilled and knowledgeable.I have had 2 surgeries and she has taken care of my needs and concerns both times.When Dr Ana speaks all my fears are quickly calmed,because of her skill and patience I know that she is going to use all of her expertise and education to take care of my needs.I would highly recommend this doctor to my family and friends.Dr Sta.Ana is an amazing doctor.

My recommendation with this doctor is great. She is very specific, she explain everything and she answer any question that you have. She made me a surgery and my recovery was great, i thought that is gone to be more painful but is not. She has a holy hand...
