I started seeing her in 2013 shortly after I had twins. She was following me for about 2 years when I got pregnant again. She followed with ne until I was 5 months pregnant. She then told me she couldnt be my dr. Anymore. She didnt give me any references to other drs. I had to do all my searching myself. I since then found another DR. And havent looked back. She seemed like she couldnt handle pressure. I would not recommend her.

Worked me in early as my blood glucose was high. Great bedside manner and clear explanations. Wonderful experience...and I've been to others who were abrupt and rude, so this was a pleasant surprise.

The nastiest individual I have had the displeasure to meet. Screamed at me and refused to treat me because I expressed concern about having to come back because my Dr didn't forward my records as they were directed.

BY FAR THE BEST ENDOCRINOLOGIST !!! HER PERSONALITY IS GREAT AND SHE WENT OVER EVERYTHING WITH MY HUSBAND AND I TO MAKE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE WIH EVERYTHING

I would be a hormonal mess. She changed my life and I will always be grateful. Not only is she a wonderful doctor, but she is a kind and gracious person, as well.

I think that you should reserve any judgments about Dr. Covello until you've seen her at least twice. She does not convey instant warmth but you will see her sharp professionalism immediately. When I was doing very poorly in Chilton, my wife tells me that she was very empathetic and compassionate to her ... she hugged my wife (!!!) offering comfort and instilling confidence that I'd be okay. She's a mom herself and it comes through in her bedside manner. Lastly, she's not too "Hitler-iffic" when it comes to your diet and diabetes - she believes in portion control and, therefore, you can have the occasional bottle of Coke or thin slice of birthday cake ... just be smart about it. I strongly believe that she's a good woman and a very experienced doctor and I would recommend her to just about anyone.

Dr. Lucy Covello is the best ever--in caring, knowledge and overall patient treatment. She came highly recommended and I have never been dissapointed-she is the greatest. Her knowledge and compassion far surpasses any doctor I have ever known. Great office staff also.
